About Merienda

Merienda is a handwriting typeface designed by Eduardo Tunni, published as an open-source font in 2012. It carries a natural handwritten texture and visible brush energy, which shapes where it works best. The family ships 7 styles and is available as a variable font, so any weight in between is available too.

Language support extends beyond basic Latin to latin-ext, vietnamese. Because Merienda is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, you can use it in commercial work without buying anything or crediting anyone in the design itself.
