Roboto Serif is a serif typeface designed by Commercial Type, Greg Gazdowicz, published as an open-source font in 2022. It carries serious headline presence and a composed, professional tone, which shapes where it works best. The family ships 18 styles and is available as a variable font, so any weight in between is available too.
