About Manga Style

Manga Style is a display font by imagex, first published in 2013 and updated in 2021. Its Latin capitals are built from sharp, brushy strokes that imitate the look of Japanese and Chinese writing, so letters like N and J take unusual shapes.

It has capitals, numbers and a few symbols, but no lowercase, so type in capitals. Because some letters look very different from normal, it works best for short titles: anime and martial-arts themes, posters, menus and game titles.

Where Manga Style works best

  • Anime and martial-arts themes
