About Old London

Old London is a digital blackletter released by Typographer Mediengestaltung in 2000. It has the narrow, heavy strokes and decorative capitals of traditional Old English lettering, with a slightly lighter, more readable rhythm than many blackletters.

The download includes a Regular and an Alternate style. It is popular for pub and brewery signs, certificates, wedding monograms, tattoos and gothic headings.
