About Myriad Pro

Myriad was designed by Robert Slimbach and Carol Twombly for Adobe in 1992. It is a humanist sans serif with open shapes and a clear, neutral voice, designed to be readable in long text without drawing attention to itself. Myriad Pro expanded it with many weights, widths and languages.

For years Myriad was Apple's corporate typeface, used on products, packaging and advertising, which made its look very familiar. It is still a dependable choice for manuals, packaging, signage and corporate documents that need to feel clean and trustworthy.
